Copy NextjobConnect LLC?

Build me a SaaS web app like NextjobConnect LLC.

NextjobConnect LLC does: Real-time job leads for home service contractors. Monitors neighborhood platforms, AI-classifies posts by trade, and alerts subscribers via iOS/Android app and SMS. Contractors get high intent leads.  It reportedly makes about $7k/mo, so the core idea clearly has demand — I want a lean version I can run and charge for.

Start from the open-source project Snouzy/workout-cool (https://github.com/Snouzy/workout-cool) — reuse what fits, strip its branding, and build the specifics below on top of it.

Requirements:
- Onboarding capturing goal (lose / maintain / gain), body stats, and daily targets.
- Daily logging: food (searchable food database or manual macros), workouts, weight, water.
- Dashboard: calories in vs out, macro rings, streaks, and a weekly trend chart.
- AI: describe a meal in plain English → estimate calories & macros; generate a weekly meal or workout plan.
- Reminders, history view, mobile-first responsive UI.

Also:
- Clean, modern, responsive UI with a thoughtful landing page.
- Email/password auth and a simple paid tier (Stripe test mode) so it's ready to charge.
- A README covering setup, environment variables, and how to deploy.

Ship a working MVP I can run locally first, then help me deploy it.
