Build me a Real Estate web app like Howditgo.ai.

Howditgo.ai does: Real estate testimonial automation. Agents are pretty bad at remembering to ask for testimonials and clients often get writers block trying to write them. The goal of my platform is to empower both pa It reportedly makes about $24/mo, so the core idea clearly has demand — I want a lean version I can run and charge for.

Build it from scratch with a modern stack (Next.js + Tailwind + a simple database). Keep it shippable in a weekend.

Requirements:
- Nail the single core loop that Howditgo.ai is known for — build that end to end first.
- The main dashboard/workspace where users do the primary task, with sensible empty states.

Also:
